Heating recommendations:
Frying pan:
Put the frozen product on the frying pan with heated oil, cover it with a cover and cook for not less than 5 minutes, turning over periodically.
Oven:
Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Put the frozen product on an oiled baking sheet and cook at 180ºC for not less than 5 minutes, turning over periodically.
Grill or barbecue:
Preheat the grill or barbecue
Put the product on a roaster and cook for not less than 5 minutes, turning over periodically.
